Upon notification, one of our response units will immediately attend, to conduct a thorough external and internal site search - to establish the cause of alarm activation. In the event of a false alarm, a straight forward alarm reset is carried out, with the premises secured on departure. In circumstances where an intrusion had occurred, we would preserve the premises as a scene of crime, notifying the Gardai and the client. Upon client instructions, we would maintain a Guard on site until either boarding up or full repairs are carried out, to reinstate security. Customers may prefer (and have the option of) using their own key holders; using our services in support on a 'hold hands' basis, so as not to place their own people at risk. Conversely, a fully delegated service is the option, where the customer remains undisturbed and a written report is provided the following morning.
